Our theatre department comprises of two modern theatres, staffed by a team of highly trained and experienced staff. Both theatres have laminar flow ventilation systems which change and filter the air in the operating room which reduces the risk of infection.

After your surgery we have a large dedicated recovery area and a separate six bed ward area which allows for individual close observation of patients immediately after a major surgical procedure.

CSSD
Woodlands Hospital has also invested heavily in our self contained clinical sterile services department to ensure it is compliant with the latest regulations, enabling us to clean and sterilise all instruments on site.
