I am writing to you following my near recovery from a total hip replacement procedure at Woodlands Hospital on 8th September 2007. I would like to praise all your personnel across the whole spectrum for their professionalism in dealing with me especially at such a traumatic time. Trust me, I have experienced over the last decade hospital treatment across both the NHS and Private sectors. Your hospital is an exemplary example to total patient care and I felt in safe hands from the onset. Special thanks obviously to Mr Eskander, my consultant surgeon for his skill, warmth and understanding. Grateful thanks to your hospital staff as a whole for my total welfare.
