From the A1 Northbound: Take J57 A1(M) onto A66(M). Follow signs for Teesside Airport. At fourth roundabout take first exit onto Yarm Road head for Darlington Town Centre. At next roundabout take second exit onto Morton Retail Park. Woodlands Hospital is adjacent to the next roundabout.
From the A1 Southbound: Take J59 A1(M) and first exit onto A167. Follow signs from Darlington and Teesside Airport. At first roundabout take first exit onto A1150. At second roundabout take second exit towards A66 and Middlesbrough. At third roundabout take second exit. Take third exit at the first roundabout past the 'Brick Train' on right. At next roundabout take second exit onto Morton Retail Park. Woodlands Hospital is adjacent to the next roundabout.
From the North/South A19: At Middlesbrough turn onto A66 and follow signs for Darlington and Teesside Airport. Stay on A66 until next roundabout, take first exit head towards Teesside Airport.
