Catering
All inpatient meals are prepared daily on the Hospital premises by our dedicated catering team.
A member of the team is always on hand to provide patients with food and refreshments, whilst special light meals are prepared for those patients who have undergone a general anaesthetic.
We are happy to cater for patients and visitors who have special dietary requirements. Visitors are also welcome to join patients for meals in their rooms but there will be a small charge for this facility.
We are proud to announce that the Woodlands Hospital catering department has been awarded a five star certification by Darlington Borough Council. Michelle Allinson, Head of Support Services for the Woodlands Hospital said "This award highlights the dedication of all the staff within this department who have worked extremely hard to achieve this industry recognition".

Catering for Business
